I L.O.V.E. Tuna Salad! I grew up eating this super yummy yummy dish and I can’t seem to get enough of it.

My mom would make it all the time in the summer, in really big batches so we pretty much always had it lying around. The best thing about this dish is that you can customize it. We made it over the weekend for the second week in a row. But this time it has way different things in it.

Tuna Salad

3 5oz cans of tuna, drained
Elbow macaroni noodles –self preferance
Mayonnaise– self preference
Relish with the juice
Spicy Mustard
Hard Boiled eggs
Green Olives
Green Bell pepper
Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper

Mix all the ingredients together, all to your preference on how you want it to taste. Add in things you want like an onion or peas. Mix it all together then add the Mayo. Mix until it is well combined and enjoy. Tastes best after its been refrigerated for awhile.
